you running the stock rear 20's on your cannibal with the stock rims ? we had to can the 20's and stock rims. josh was 2 wheeling too bad with the 20's and the rims had to have the dents beat out after every race. he runs 18" turff tamers on beadlocks and still 2 wheels pretty bad in the tight corners. sorry to hear you wont make it for fernwood. we are thinking about running some texas races in the future. we are getting ready to have a lot more flexibility in our racing. we were meeting josh's sponser at the tracks and josh would ride the quad but he kept the quad. when we get the moto, that one comes home with us and we can race where we want to. later

 

I'm runnin some Tamers on mine too. It made the back end a bit narrower, but I'm gonna buy some wheel spacers. I borrowed a set from Daniel when I raced at Swan and they were pretty awesome. I was able to corner MUCH better with them and had NO 2 wheeling problems. I don't have the money for a axle right now... I have $208 payments, $30 cell phone payments (my parents made me buy the damn phone), and a $6 an hour job where I barely ever get to work. Not a good deal when lookin for aftermarket parts [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]. Hopefully I'll be able to get some sponsors and a better job soon [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]. If you decide to race in Texas some time, come up here in North East Texas. We have some GOOD competition here. When MrP was at Swan a while back, the top 4 guys in the Pro class were local riders here that I'll probably be racing against next season. And believe me... they HAUL ***. Johnny Hale, Chad Smith, and Cody Miller are all fast as hell, and Hunter Miller is just now starting to get up to speed again. He's much faster now than he was a month ago. Yall might have some good competition if yall come over here.

We thought about getting wheel spacers but i dont know if i would trust them the way Josh likes the big jumps. We put a set on his blaster before he got the cannondale deal and they made a BIG difference in it. we got the little blaster up for sale now, since he will be getting a moto when we get back from lorettas. he tries to rec. ride it and with what we have in the motor it just wont stand up to being rode for 6 to 8 hours at a time. its built to race so we are selling it and he's gonna buy him a car and work on it till he's old enough to drive. he wants a iroc-z, i've owned 7 camaros so he is kinda stuck on them. he dont like the little jap cars most teenagers are driving these days. he wants a muscle car. where are you at in texas ? when i was a kid i lived in nederland, port arthur, port neches, orange and houston. its been a while since i've been there but i hear theres some good quad racing in texas and some nice tracks. are you a member of the tqra ? arent they running a series right now ? well better try and get some shut eye, leaving for lorettas in 4 hours. i'll holler when we get back monday.

LORETTAS OR BUST

 

Well, you won't read this for a while, but oh well. I live in Winnsboro, about 100 miles east of the dallas/fort worth region. Probably the best track to go to is Badlands MX, or Swan MX. Badlands is more tight and technical and there is more competition there. Swan is very wide open and there's some decent competition there. Ofcourse there's always lots of competition for me, but I'm talkin about you Pro class riders [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img].
