Got tired of waiting for someone to come out with a slip-on for the new headpipe so I made my own! I used a White Bros E-Series for a 2000 DRZ400, flipped the housing, and made a mount for it. Came out sweet and sounds great! Click the link in my sig for pics.

The pipe looks good on their, nice job.

It is a little close to blowing exhaust onto the plastic. Have you run it yet?

I'm gonna leave the Speed map for a while and see how it does. Once I get the Optimum software I'll post the effects of the different maps on it. I haven't ridden it yet but I ran it for a while and the exhaust just misses the plastic. I don't think it'll be a problem but I won't know for sure til I get it really hot. It's kinda weird how the exhaust flows out of a supertrap type silencer. I would have thought it would blow straight out the sides but it seems to create a vortex that sends it straight out the back and at the same time it pulls cool air around with it. It stays suprisingly cool.
