That is closer. I need to go check out the winter series schedule. I seen it was posted but still having a busy time down here lately.

Mike,
They have a killer practice XC track at the spill way in norco. I have been waiting for the weather to braek to go start practicing and getting in shape again.

Next week it looks like a cool front is moving in with the weather in the mid 80's and dry. I want to go atleast twice. If your game let me know.

We wanted to get back racing this week but it seems the races are running all the same weekend this month. All the 2nd and 4th races and the 1st and 3rd races are running the same week. The 1st sunday was on the 1st and some how this threw everyone off. So I've been looking for a track running this week end and don't seem to be getting a answer. So if you have some time lets go run that XC coarse.

Hay and maybe we can get kip to sponsor a XC race at the spillway, hmmmmm.... I could get cycle world in houma to jump in too.

KNOWSALOT
That was me on the Cannibal. I remember a green Mojave at the Turkey Ridge race. There
were alot of rocks at our last 2 races. I ruined a back wheel at the
Frog Pond race.

The next race is in Hot Springs(October 13th) on a new track that no
one has ridden before. You guys should come up and give it a try.

It's just a 1 hour race so anyone who has never raced XC will appreciate
that. The next two(Old Crow, River Front Grand Prix) are 2 hour Saturday
races. 2 hour races are better, they thin out the competition

The River Front Grand Prix is usually our biggest race. It's in Ft. Smith.
It is mostly sand and woods not too many rocks.

They are all a blast, come on out and dodge trees with me.

Also don't forget about the MHSC (Missouri Harescrable series) - we generally get 100+ quads per race, however, they're done until next season.

Check out http://www.showmeatvracing.com/

We also have a winter series in SW Missouri - usually 50+ quads show up per event. First of 6 races was last weekend:

I race the Arkansas series as well (well, kind of, I've missed a lot of events so far this year). The AHSCS usually has good events, turnout varies, but we have riders of all skill levels from top National level riders to beginners.

My bad Jeff, I had Saulsbury confused with Crofton. I didn't get to race Saulsbury, but I did walk alot of the course and remember that long section of mud right behind the starting line. Crofton on the other hand, I have a pic of how muddy it was, I'll just have to find it.

I believe crofton was the one with the muddy section in the woods that was about 50 yards wide and 50-75 yards long. There was about 5 or 6 lines through it, but I picked the wrong one.
