The comparison sheet that Cannondale puts out list them like this:
400ex 21hp
Raptor 28hp
DS650 37hp
Cannibal/Speed 33hp
Blaze/Moto 39hp

Keep in mind those numbers come from a Superflow which tends to output lower numbers than the typical Dynojet numbers most people quote.
For instance, typical dynojet readings for the quads below are:
400EX: 27
Raptor: 35
DS650: 42
Cannibal: 37
So the Moto/Blaze should be 43 to 45 on a typical Dynojet Dyno. One engine builder (who doesn't make/sell products for Cannondale's and had no reason to exaggerate) told me 44.7 peak on his Dyno.
Just make sure you are comparing apples to apples best you can when you are trying to compare dyno numbers. Also keep in mind there are a lot of inflated numbers out there, especially from folks trying to sell pipes & such. The numbers I've posted above are what I typically see time and time again from sources I consider reliable, and on stock machines.
