so all the dealer is doing is replacing the bad arvins with new ones???

 

Today's details:
We won't get an entire shock- just the assembled shock body with shaft. The dealer will use your existing spring, spring retainers, and lower mount.

If you received the letter, it means your dealer sent in your registration paperwork(as he should've) and Cannondale will automatically send out the replacement parts to your dealer.

 

Thanks for the info, NRATH. ....and I was hoping for Ohlins...oh well.

What's wrong with your Os, if it is a minor repair I would trade you the Arvins for the Os

 

New shocks ya. I got my letter in the mail and Should be getting my new front shocks in a couple of weeks

 

Since the arvins are backordered 6 to 8 weeks, my dealer said cannondale will replace them with Ohlins from the speed for 300 bucks. Is this a pretty good deal?
