Guys I don't own a dyno. I am at the mercy of Trinity. I will be taking back after this weekend motocross where I expect to get the holeshot and than fall to last place very quickly. After I get passed I will hold onto last place with a passion never before seen.

Harry said he played with one's mapping and his pipe and got a little over 50. I guess lots of timing and fuel stuff. He figured if he did the same it should get a little over that.

What he would like to do is move the injectors so that they have a straighter shot at the valves. Maybe after the Sand Season.

I promise you all this. WHEN I KNOW, You'll know.

Thanks for the info smitty, i was just wondering how the Dales were modding out. Mxmike the raptor will be up a running by Saturday. Had to next day air a 20 dollar part not on hand. I am lucky that raptorrc can and will fix my quad. I would be screwed if i had to rely on a dealership.

Hey all guys looking for more power out of the cannodales. I talked to my mechanic last night about working on my younger brother blaster. Well he asked how I liked the cannondale. One thing lead to another and he ended up telling me that cannondale give him 3 or 4 engines to play with and see what he can do. He hasn't had much time to tinker with them, but he said he can do a 505cc big bore a stroker kit. He hasn't had the time to build one yet, but says it can be done. I'm planning on going up there to night to drop off the blaster. I'll try to get some more details on the kits.

Mine was at Trinity for 3 months, the reason was they kept getting the run around from several places about getting the 93mm bore and JE piston. I didn't push cause it was to hot to ride 95+ degrees. When I asked Harry to go ahead and button it up, he ported and polished the head and had it back to me in about a week.

This was NOT Trinity's fault. Turn around times now are going to be longer as everyone and their brother is starteing to send Motors in.

Smitty,

The dyno will not reflect the true acceleration of your dale. With all the metal you removed with that fine polish finish, you have a substantial weight advantage!
