Nope, It's FDO (For Dirt Only) There the one's that Laz Dnyo the 400ex Big bore at over 50hp+.
He has a article on it on his site. FDO Dyno (Their area code has changed to 740 if your interested in calling him.) BTW he does this part time so call after 7:00 on week nights.
I was up there last night and he had a cannondale engine in pieces on one of his work benches. Mike (FDO mechanic/owner) said he has had much time to look at it do to his son racing and repairing engines for other races. He plans on taking some time to start coming up with a stroker kit and a big bore stroker. I think he said a 505-507cc is the biggest he plans on doing for now. He said cannondale gave him the engines to do some R & D work and see what he comes up with. Right now he is swamped with other projects. I did ask him if he had a price on the kits yet and he said no.
I'm planning on having him do some engine work in the off season, who knows I might go with one of the bigger engines if the price is right.
BTW Mike's 440ex kit is pushing around 45-50 hp, just to let you know what he can do. He also builds a 416, 426, 473, and a 493 kit for the ex. He has other big bores for other machines.
