I'm new to the cannondale board but not to the site since I used to spend my time (under a different name) in the yamaha forum. But anyway the reason for this post is to say how great my dealer who is located in Cumberland Gap Tenn. has been since I bought my c-dale about 4 months ago. After having my c-dale for about 2 months the rod bearings went out in it(don't know why) and messed up the bottom end. I had also cracked my rail which he fixed also.My dealer was great with getting all the parts and replacing it with a new motor. He did everything possible to help me out. I am not one to bash other manufactors but I know that my local yamaha/honda dealers would have not done the same thing. Heck the local yamaha refused to work on my friend's raptor( the famous boot problem) even though it was under warranty. I just wanted to say that what they say about the great customer service from cannondale is true.
