I was just wondering if c-dale will warrenty a battery? It goes down after I park it for a few hours. I even hooked it up to a trickle charger and it will start and run fine until it sits for a little while. I have checked the terminals and I think it is just a bad battery. The c-dale is only a couple months old.

I just took mine in today (03 LE 153#), I bet what you have is the same as mine. Your fuel pump is probably continuing to run after you shut it off draining the battery. I caught mine doing this after the race this past weekend. It is hard to catch because when you are done riding and shut the machine down, your fan is probably running making it difficult to hear the pump still running, you then walk away and come back the next day to a drained battery. I would re-charge your battery start it up and run just a minute or two, then shut it off and look at the fuel filter and also listen to it ....you should be able to both hear it still running and see fuel flowing through "only if you " have this problem. This will be with the key in the off position. If so then take it in ...you will need a new ECU and the update performed to the pump shielding & boot. This will all be under warranty as mine is being done right now. Go to the C-dale bulletins and they have a post on this. I would also see if you need any of the other updates done while you take it in. Mine is getting the new ECU, boot upgrade to pump, oil breather re-routing, and updated clutch plates and battery.....all warranted. Great company that Cannondale is ....I just hope they can afford to do this so much (warranty work). I would like to see this awesome quad and company stay with us for a long time.

I have owned mine about 7-8 weeks now and race 1-motto with a win and have survived 2-GNCC so far.

I love my 03 LE Flag even with the little bugs...that the factory stands behind 100%

Also BTW,
they have received the updated shock units for the Arvin 03's and are installing the new units also while my quad is there. So all of you that are waiting for your shocks you might want to check with your dealer as mine showed up while I was there today....
