What a track and race.

They added a set of woops called the unlucky 13 and that they are.Almost every moto some one went over the bars.They added a triple step up and a serious timing section(supercross style)and another big step up.The litting was great.

There were 20 quads signed up and 19 raced.There were 2 heat races and they took the top 5 from them for the main.They were the 1st two classes of the 1st moto
then a last chance qualifer thay took the top 3 from.That was the 7th class of the 1st moto.!3 quads in the main.

I raced the second quailfier got 3rd place hole shot motown and a raptor was in front of me,I put a block pass on both of them in the second turn and won the moto.
Moris stalled 2 times and came back to make a pass into 5th for the main.

In the main I was sleeping at the gate again got an 7th place hole shot and passed
4 quads in the lucky second turn and was in third.We got to the woops and I made a pass on 2nd and in the second lap I passed the leader through the timing section
we bumped and grinded all the way through it.I pulled off the win.

It raind off and on all day before the race so nobody got any practice before the race.
They scraped the slop off the track before the race and the track was perfect.Every body waited it out and had one heck of a turnout.

Holy cow I never seen so many raptors mx'ing.There must have been about 8.

My bike did great[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]I cleaned the plug before I loaded up to go and it started up after about the 4th try.I kept cranking it up after every 45 min so it wont get to cold and not start.I think it may be a little rich on cold starts but did fine after the 1st start.

 

great job mike...... man cant beat the results. 2 local tracks on the same night and 2 cannondale first place wins. the moto was screaming last night. josh is klling them by jumping that double tabletop thingy. once he pulled the holeshot he just continued to pull ahead. he won both races by about a third of a lap. one of the biker fathers told me he stepped that jump off and it is 90 feet. it rained on us for the first hour just spitting. it didnt hurt the track but josh pulled his goggles off during the first moto because he couldnt see. well gotta unload and change chain and sprockets. kip gave us a 14 front so we will probably go to rock hill thursday to see how much change it makes. you got to make their championship race, holeshot money every moto. david said he wasnt sure how much it would be yet but at least $15. later
