I have just bought a set of ITP pro series wheels and am having the same problem.I think ITP punches the holes too big, which causes them not to be centered when mounted,.403 and the studs are only.372.I know you don't have pro series wheels but the stock ones are the same way.Douglas wheels always fit tight, you almost have to beat them off.

Mine does the same pull to the right, factory and after new tires hmmm. I always thought it was the torqe and I was used to it on the other side. (sounds stupid when I put it in writing) But one thing I noticed was after I lubed the front a-arms it seemed alot less then I thought it was just because the right wheel was having contact later then the left side. Now I'm going to have to try that switching of the rear wheels.

For the vibration of the front end you might also check to make sure that your RIMS are true. Set the quad up on the grab bar and spin the wheels if you see the rim moving up and down you have a offset drilled rim and it will need to be replaced. Mine was replaced under warrenty.
