a buddy of mine at school today said last weekend on a paved drag , he watched a buddy of ours predator go up agianst a cannondale cannible 440........wtf i was thinkin of buying a cannible but not now......he also said that pred is stock and will go 90 , and he aslo tells me he was beating piped banshees all day long....is this bull what do you think?

 

This weekend i watched a piped banshee and a piped Predator run about 4 or 5 times on blacktop and the banshee put it on the predator every time! He would usually get about 2 bike legnths and hold it...was going to get the Cannondale to race against them , BUT fouled a damn plug!

 

Predator will not run 90...stock @76. Still is flying though stretched mine out on pavement. If a Banshee is getting it most likey it is rider...

Who drags on tar? Quads where made for dirt keep, them on dirt.
My stock cannibal beat a stock predator. Not saying the predator is slow or anything. I am quite impressed with its power. It does not hook up off the line like the cannibal. That is why he might have beat him on pavement. Did he change the gearing to a 15 tooth rear? How did he record his speed? Did he install a speedometer or what? He is not telling the truth at all.

 

I agree...keep them on dirt. Running drags on pavement, for one thing is not safe(ATV's do NOT handle good on pavement at 70mph) and people are going to see riders blowin down the pavement and get a impression of ATV riders...

He could get to 80mph. Your tires swell up on pavement going that fast. It's going to give you a higher top speed....just don't get into a situation that you have to stop quickly or turn either way....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

 

my 440 will smoke a predaor but a cannondale will even beat me there is no way a preator will beat piped banshee or a connondale! P
