Is Trouble Brewing?
#1
I just picked this up on the Yahoo stock message list.....its a series of posts from the same guy. He's following the court documents and it looks like trouble is brewing over the auction. I haven't read the papers myself as his source is a pay service. Here are his last three posts it is good stuff and very relevant....

POST 1
Creditor Committee is at least for now objecting to the auction procedures. They are not like the Pegasus credit bid and the rush that mgmt was trying to put on things.
POST 2
Goodness gracious - finally someone else has realized what an *** reaming this pegasus plan is - not only do shareholders get reamed but unsecured creditors - basically everyone but Pegasus and maybe CIT also get reamed.
POST 3
CIT is apparantly in Pegasus back pocket as they are objecting to the Cred. Committee request for delay in approving sale procedures. Well, at least its getting interesting and at least one interested party is not ready to roll over.
POST 4
Question: Where can I read these documents?
ANSWER:
its on pacer in adobe - so can't cut and paste and link is password protected. Get a pacer account - use google to find registration site - its run by us court system.
Is anyone willing to seek out this info and post here?
