mi dnr rules regarding 10 yr olds

While reading mi dnr website they have a box for ages and what they can ride. says no one under 10 can operate 4 wheel atv. anyone else see this?

Yep, thats what the law is. Unless they are on private property and operating it for farm use.

Make sure that the under age youth has a valid ORV safety certificate and is under visual supervision of an adult while operating,and the DNR wont give you a lick of problems.

Contact the ATV Safety Institute at 1800-887-2887 and tell them you would like to enroll your youth in with an instructor in YOUR area.They will set you a date/time and costs.
