Wouldn't it make sense to make quads road legal in all small towns and moderate cities? With the price of fuel in all of the United States and emissions laws. Wouldn't they rather have a Polaris Sportman 500 or Kawasaki Bayou out running around instead of a suburban or h2? Of course precautions would have to be taken to ensure atv'ers safety and all other legal issues. But I think it could be done. Quads are more safe than Harley's and faster than a damn moped that's street legal. I think that if an effort was put forth to find common grounds between ATV'ers and the DMV, this could become reality. What do you guys think?
