It's Coming Down In Newfoundland for ATV'ers
Changing ATV Rules 8/26/04 (Audrey Whelan)
Government Services Minister Dianne Whalen is hoping to make major changes to the ATV legislation before next summer. Whalen met with many of the industry players yesterday, and got a range of ideas on how to deal with ATV use. She is not commenting on the specific recommendations she'll be making to cabinet.
If she's not commenting on the recommendatations it's because she's going to ignore any positive feedback given by the ATV association on how to control the unruly people on ATV's. ... This does not bode well in my books .. not well at all!!
