Hey is it legal to ride your quad on the side of the road bcuzz everywhere i ride is at least 3 miles away from me And i always ride on the side many and many times before but nvr seen a cop while doing it. I live in montgomery where the cops will get u for anything so im not sure

 

I think you have to be 5-10ft off the side of the road, depends on your state.
