atv's need a lot more then just a light kit and a horn to be safe road bikes- the suspensions / tires are not designed to be on pavement at high speeds- I've seen people put car tires on atv's and dump thousands in to mods to ride it on the tar... for what though? what's the point? buy a motorcycle!
