When you have a combination of probably the most corrupt police department in the country in probably the most corrupt state with a mayor that was totally incompetent during Katrina, what would you expect?

For that matter, as the US government has not been able to protect our borders for the last 200 years, and we know that millions of illegal people come here each year, do you want to give up your gun? I would wonder if the reason the government didn't GIVE US guns was that maybe it was in case they wanted to take control of it's citizens one day. That's happened in more than one country.
