Granted, this isn't about ATV riding, but all the riders I know are about being fair.

As you probably know, two Border Patrol agents are about to go to prison for shooting and slightly wounding a drug smuggler on the Texas border. Actually, they were convicted mostly of not filling out the paperwork.

This is a major travesty! Any of you from the southern border areas know we citizens can't safely ride in those areas anymore because of all the drug runners and illegal aliens. These guys' only hope is a pardon from President Bush who has given pardons to drug dealers, among others, in the past, but doesn't seem to want to set these guys free for what many of us believe is his determination to connect us in too many ways to Mexico.

The best hope is for all Congressmen and the President (at www.whitehouse.gov ) to be flooded with emails.
