Default 2-strokes in Arizona??

Hi All... I'm fairly new to ATV's and Dirtbikes... road a little bit a LONG time ago... late 80's...
I've got 4 kids now, ages 9,9,11 and 12, along with myself and wife... the kids right now are dinking around
with a 50cc quad, 50cc dirtbike, and 90cc dirtbike. All chinese made. Good things for them to learn on!
We're a single income family, but still want to have fun. I don't make great money, so am looking at either
chinese bikes/quads, or used 'name' brand stuff... I've found some GREAT deals on 2-stroke brand name stuff here in Arizona,
but want to make sure I'm not going to experience 'ban' problems in the near future. I understand that they're no longer
being produced, but wanted to know if anyone know the next few years whether they'll be 'Outlawed' due to the emissions issues.
As far as Chinese stuff, the JetMoto stuff is at the top of the list, and I'm also considering The Extreme Typhoons that just came out.

Just looking for some facts/opinions from you more experienced and up to date folks....

Thanks!!

Ron
