You have to be all for this kind of proposed proper land-use designation; yet IMHO, you have to present a plan as to what the effort will cost us all in the end also. We've obviously got enough disposable cash out here between us to darn well cover most of the inevitable/costly beauracracy that these kind of things require....yet why don't these needed studies come out ahead of or in conjunction with any plan for the community to take action?

If my share of this overall cost is just going to keep increasing at a pretty good clip over the years (likely) 'fine'....yet at least allow me to ACT or even appear that I'm going to be a good steward in starting to pay for these improvements or even small changes first-hand...rather than not even mentioning as to what the community ust pony up themselves as part of any reasonable new idea presented by us.

In other words....great idea....yet why do some of these counter-offers seemingly leave out what the community will have to sacrifice in terms of extra dollars spent by each and every one of us?

Do you just describe this land differently and not even initially announce (financially) just how we are going to steward it any better than the travel management fiasco involving massive closures that we are going through right now?
