I bet they will (if they haven't, like you said). I heard that Canada is modeling their "no smoking while kids in the car" law after the Arkansas law. It looks like the governments want to take over the raising of our children. We should just hand them over as soon as they pop out, because we are not fit enough to raise our own children.... From the progression of things anyway. I can't think of one parent that isn't breaking SOME law at least once a week.
