Default Juniper Sand Dunes

Hi everyone,

I am planning on dragging my old Honda 3 wheeler down to Ellensberg Washington from my hometown in Canada. I am wondering though, what exactly I need to be able to ride in the juniper sand dunes? I know that a Washington state ORV tag is required but where can I get one of these, how much will this cost and how much grief will I have to go through (vehicle inspection)? I have a completely stock 1982 Honda 185s. However, right behind the spark arrestor, the tail pipe has been rusted in half. I have it clamped on at the moment, but i mean the unit is still there. Is this ok? I don't know if i can get another one before i leave (next weekend). Also, Is it legal to ride 3 wheelers in Juniper? And lastly, is there anything else i need to worry about?

Thanks for the help,

COnnor
