Go to the ATVA web site and check into forming a club. If your club is registered with them they have some very affordable insurance for club rides, poker runs and races. There are some requirements by your club to meet this insurance. Not for sure on the liabilties for riding areas, my suggestion would be to call one of their representives and visit with them.

Hi,
I would suggest you a name from where I got my property insured: Car insurance, Home insurance, Life insurance and more - InPro Insurance . They have over 25 years of experience in offering customized coverages for unique requirements and budget. The staff of the company is highly qualified and experienced in helping determine the right insurance needs for us.

Can you just put up a "use at your own risk" sign. I see lots of those on cown/Public land. I though my ATV insurance covers any mishaps.

I don't know about where you live, but here in Maine the law specifically protects landowners if some idiot goes an injures themselves on your land. Unless you put something up that is a deliberate attempt to hurt someone, they don't have a snowballs chance of winning in court against you. Perhaps your state has a similar law, I would say if you charge to use it you may have such protection.

Wisconsin has a similar law that protects landowners who allow the public to use their property. It's a good way to make more land available for hunting and other outdoor recreation.
