Cops!
I live in WV and I was on my way to Bull Run for the day and I got stopped by a cop. My Atv is registered and I had my lights on. Your allowed to go up to 10 miles on public roads with 2 lanes and a center line but this ******* still tried to take my ride. I hint hint wink wink didn't lose my atv but I'm pretty damn sure I was perfectly legal. I wasn't speeding and I had a helmet.
