does anybody know who i should contact to get a permit to ride on PA orMD state grounds?

Don't need a permit to ride in PA, but you must be registered in your home state and have proof of insurance.

You need a permit to ride in the Allegheny National Forest, $35. Otherwise you need current registration from your state and proof of liability insurance as stated above.

in md go to a stae park to get a permit . they have trail maps to . the only trails are in garrett co. i think theres one down on the eastern shore to.
