We could fix all these issues with just a little more government intrusion...

Found this little piece today..

"I recently asked my friend's little girl what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be President some day. Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there, so I asked her, 'If you were President what would be the first thing you would do? '

She replied, 'I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people.'
Her parents beamed.

'Wow...what a worthy goal', I told her. 'But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and sweep my yard, and I'll pay you $50. Then I'll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a new house.'

She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in the eye and asked, 'Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?'

I said, 'Welcome to the Republican Party.

Her parents still aren't speaking to me."

The homeless guy is clearly over-qualified for such menial tasks

I like this one too I found..

"What Kids really Think about The President!"
A fourth-grade teacher asked the children what their fathers did for a living. All the typical answers came up – fireman, mechanic, businessman, salesman.
However, little Justin was being uncharacteristically quiet, so when the teacher prodded him about his father, he replied, “My father’s an exotic dancer in a gay Cabaret and takes off all his clothes to music in front of other men and they put Money in his underwear. Sometimes, if the offer is really good, he will go home with some guy and stay with him all night for money.”
The teacher, obviously shaken by this statement, hurriedly set the other children to work on some exercises and took little Justin aside.
“Is that really true about your father?”
“No,” the boy said, “He works for the Democratic National Committee and helped to get Obama re-elected, but it’s too embarrassing to say that in front of the other kids."

In light of what's happened in this country especially in the last few months,I found this post on something very critical of a certain group of people in this country to the point of being very racist. You can go pro or con against what this poster said and really apply it to a lot of people regardless of race, religion or color.Yes there are bad apples in every barrel from the police all the way up to our elected officials that sometimes deserve as much criticism as what this guy posted.Don't know if his stats are correct or where he got them from, but seems like this is where this country is going as far as respect for the police, authority in general. If it doesn't get better this country is in for a hard time for years to come. Some ways I agree with the poster, other ways I don't.

" You are NOT victims anymore
You are the bad guys now
You have your hand out for more freebies
You won't take responsibility for yourself
You have a 74% illegitimacy rate
You are 13% of the population but you commit 65% of the crime
You produce nothing
You contribute nothing
You take and just want more
You don't think the laws should apply to you
You blame others for your own decisions
You don't try in school
You don't try at work
You have no concept of personal responsibility
You don't see the direct connection between your own decisions and the impact on your quality of life
You can't imagine how hard it is to make it in the world, because you never try
You think you can have quality of life without earning it
You don't raise your children with any morality
You celebrate violence and misogyny
You defend the inexcusable
You think you are owed something, when you're not

At this point you are not victims of the bad guys,
You ARE the bad guys "

Texas A&M Study Calls Obama 5th Best President in American History
From a total of 44 U.S. Presidents, Obama has been rated as the 5th best, according to a study completed at Texas A&M University. The Public Relations Office at A&M released this statement:
"After almost 6 years in office, American academics have rated President Obama the 5th Best President in American History".
These are the results according to Texas A&M . . .
1. Lincoln and Reagan tied for first place
2. Seventeen Presidents tied for second place
3. Twenty-three other Presidents tied for third place
4. Jimmy Carter came in fourth, and...
5. Obama was fifth.....

I agree, but don't think the say isn't coming when being over weight will be a crime. Not the sort of crime that gets you jailed; but the sort of crime where you pay lots of money to Uncle Sam

New evidence shows that salt is not nearly as harmful as it was once claimed.
