I know that this subject is a bit off but please bear with me.Im going to the Bonners Ferry Idaho area for a week in July to visit my bro.Not only will i be rideing the quads but i want to do some fishing.I hear that Idaho has a Salmon run.Can anybody give me any information on Salmon fishing.When is the run,What will i need to take as far as fishing gear.Do i need to take waders.Any help will be greatful....Thank you for your time.......BOB

hey bob, if i don't miss my guess, the run is late may - mid june. heck yes, you ought to take your waders to get close to the fish and use all the leverage you can. the salmon is a pretty determined ******* and he'll want a pretty good excuse once you get him in your net.

dammit, man, why do you taunt us by telling of riding in an awesome spot like idaho?!

Fakie99..Thank you for the information.This will be my first visit to my brother since he moved to Idaho 3 years ago.He has 18 acers and is 25 miles from the canadian border.Plus i think his property backs up to BLM land.He says that the atving is just awsome and the scenery is out of this world.I am looking forward to going and im sure i will have a GREAT time.Im not leaveing till the 29th but will keep you informed.Thanks again......BOB

If you want to do some great riding, do a little travleing to Rexburg. There u will find some awsome dunes called St. Anthonys.

King,

I visited Idaho 2 times in 4 months. My girlfriend was in the Air Force @ Mountain Home, ID (South,East). I was not able to do any riding, but let me tell you the mountains are beautiful. Bring lot of film.

Also thats where the saw tooth wolf pack is, I love wolf's. If you can get any pictures of them (good luck) can you send me some?
