i saw a bed extender in some mag a while back but cant remember which one. all it did was extend out past the tailgate about 4ft. they had tail lights that plug into the trailer light plug to keep it legal. i think it was in 4 wheeler in the letters section? should be that hard to make one out of 1"x1" square tubing.

Check my pictures. Better than standing them up.

yep! back when i had my lt125 i had a sweet '68 chevy stepside shortbed with a Jensen stereo, fresh 350 hooked up to a Buick trans w/ overdrive, Hi-Jacker air shocks, and new oak bed. used to stand 'em up and strap 'em down and cruise down the freeway.

oddmetal you going to get a new F-150? you should try the new three valve 5.4liter. it's suppose to have more torque and hp than the early 5.4. plus that body style is pretty sharpe.
