Hey all, where can I buy an inexpensive trailer to haul my new atv? The dealers want about $500 for a small one, know of anything better? Thanks

Find an old junked out tent trailer. Look around alot of times people want to just get rid of them. Tear the top off and all the plumbing out. You shouldn't even have to re-deck it. The nice thing is that it will be a low deck so that you don't have to blow your o-ring out loading your quads. Most tent trailers have a 2K axle and can easily haul two quads. It's what I've used for the last 6 years and it's been great....

I'm sure you already tried this, but search the local paper. There's got to be something in there. I don't have a trailer; I use ramps. However, if I had more than one of anything, I would need a trailer. I have a Tacoma with a 6' bed. It's only about 5' wide. One thing you may want to look into if possible is to look for an aluminum trailer. It is much lighter and will be easier to move around and less drag on the towing vehicle. Try this site and do a search on "Trailer" Trader Online

i bought a 2 seat 8 ft. snowmobile trailer. it is a tilt bed trailer made out of aluminum. the deck is green treated plywood. i paid about $700 for it new, including a spare and the registration. sometimes you can get 8ft trailers for dirt cheap because they are not quite long enough for some of the bigger snowmobiles to sit nicely on them. they work great for 4-wheelers though.

I just bought a nice mesh floor, not wood, 4 x 8 tiltbed from TSC for $399.00 not a bad price.

My first trailor was one I made. It was a 5x8 and it costed my $200 bucks to build. When it was time to get a bigger trailor, I sold my old once for $500 and purchases a 6.5x12
