Hi, my sisters boyfriend totals his kawasaki ninja, its the 1000 and something cc engine... the front forks are bent, and I was wondering how much they are? I told him he would be better off parting it but he thinks it would be better to get it running again. I was just wondering if anyone had an idea how much the front forks alone are.

front forks
every body piece for it
new pegs
new handlebars
new front tire
new front rim
new gas tank
new mirrors
new blinkers
maybe new radiator

anyone have an idea how much this stuff would cost?

 

most of the prices are probably going to vary depending on the year of the bike. I've got an 89 ninja 1000 and it was ran into the back of a car when i bought it... i put new forks, radiator, oil cooler, exhaust, windshield, and mirrors on it and i haven't broke 400 bucks yet. The most expensive part though was the forks. I got them off ebay for 88 bucks shipped and everything. i called a couple places when i first got the bike and i was looking at around 1200 for new forks everywhere else. I think if he looks on ebay for everything, he shouldn't have any problem getting the parts he needs for a good price.
