Its not that there faster, hell, if you can use the speed and still ride it hard, good job!! Bikes are a pain is the @$$ to ride in the sand. And I dont enjoy them on trails either. Hell, my Raptor has beat all 125's that have gone against me, and an RM250, but that was up a hill at half a bike length. But my friends YZ426 beats me. Bikes have the same power, just a better power to weight ratio.

rode a buddy a mine's yz250 dirtbike that was bored out to a 330. and yes, it's the 2 stroke yz and holy sh*t it was fast. DA-YUM it was really fast and got their within the blink of an eye. anybody else riddin big bore dirtbikes? cuz I was shakin after i got of this thing, it made my blaster feel like a 3.5 horsepower go kart.

the first bike I rode was a yz125 with 2 grand invested. lol, when i dump clutched first gear it just walked right out from under me and i was just left standing. lol

My dad has a Yamaha IT490 from the '70's! God that thing flys! It's a 2 stroke with a 4 stroke feel because of the massive bore which makes it rev much slower and it evens out the powerband. You'd think with a 2 stroke motor that big it would have the most pipy powerband ever but you'd be suprised! This thing hauls some serious ***** though! I'm afraid to ride it!

my neighboor has a 93 yz125. has over 2 k in it. he wrecked real bad one day because the throttle stuck. it's been sittin in the garage for probably a year. it's in real decent condition, and he said he'd sell it to me for 500$. and hell, even if it isn't safe now, I could get that thing strokin for less than what it would cost to buy it. SWEET DEAL! I'm tryin to sell my blaster now
