rode a buddy a mine's yz250 dirtbike that was bored out to a 330. and yes, it's the 2 stroke yz and holy sh*t it was fast. DA-YUM it was really fast and got their within the blink of an eye. anybody else riddin big bore dirtbikes? cuz I was shakin after i got of this thing, it made my blaster feel like a 3.5 horsepower go kart.

 

I owned one. LOL. I owned a KTM 125 bored out to 185. Switched to quads, more my thing.

 

my uncle used to have a 370 i believe 2 stroke yammy, well they couldnt get it started and my dad tied it to the truck and rode on it down the rode, he said as soon as it started up it just went WOOOOOM and smashed right into the back of the truck LOL, he said that thing was crazy wild

 

I have a YZ490.

The most scary dirt bike I have ever rode is a KTM380 that was ported and who know what else. Man that thing was SCARY!!!

 

yah, but the really scary thing was the stock swingarm. It didn't really matter where or how fast, if you got on the gas it was comin up like a battering ram.

 

I rode a CR250R the other day (a friends), man, that thing was so fast, the "play" in the throttle would make it jerk forward so fast and almost throw you off the back, one time i did that and it made my hand turn the throttle, jeez, your talkin about scary, this thing would move.

 

yeah i got a yz 490..great bike...

 

the big 4 strokes are big and nasty and hell yeah they have some power, but the real beasts are the big bore 2 strokes. Nothin strokes like something with half the strokes.
the first bike I rode was a yz125 with 2 grand invested. lol, when i dump clutched first gear it just walked right out from under me and i was just left standing. lol

 

lol i know wut u mean bro ..i own a 98 yz 125 ..ported and milled head whoa that thing is fast..but your right the big bore 2 strokes are the best..my 1985 yz 490 is bored .30 over

 

Lol yeah my KTM had the stock swingarm also, that thing was probably in a wheelie longer then it was on both wheels. But thats all history now, ill never go back to bikes, its all about quads in my mind [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
