someone brought up the fact the car has more hp and torque than the banshee? don't forget power to wieght ratio. i can't see the banshee beating the car but don't ever uder estimate the compition just because there hp is lower. my bike is around 200hp and runs in the low 9's. my supra is right at 500hp and runs high 9's. you have to remember the supra out wieghts the bike by close to 3000lbs though. i think the banshee would take the car in 60ft time but then it would be topping out and the car would just be starting to perform. like i said 1/8 banshee, 1/4 buick.

i know the hp to weight ratio thing. but what im saying is i have more hp then a stock GN and more torque then a stock GN so that means im faster then stock times. thats how i ment it.

After recently stepping on a off road vehicle for the first time in years I am a already wanting a sport quad, just not there yet. Need to have some more seat time.

ehhh...no offense but i don't see much of a point in doing that..just my opinion though. The bike was built for amazing cornering at high speeds, a turbo'd busa will not be able to take turns very well unless its a very small turbo that spools nearly instantly. You'd never want to be down in a corner then smack the powerband in the middle of the turn.

 

the busa isn't that great in the curves. it's to heavy and to long. it was built to take the top speed place. for cornering the R1, CBR's, Daytona, ninja's (not the 1200 though) and so are best for carving curves. try flicking a heavy 1300 around curves whith another rider on a 900rr or even a Buell X1 and you will have to play catch up on the straight aways. the point for the turbo is quicker 1/4 mile time.

 

Man i never thought someone could be so dumb...lol just cause your friend ran a 16 something in the 1/4 at 84 or what ever that does not mean everyone who runs a 84 mph speed in the 1/4 is going to run a 16 something. think about that one if a dragster ran full throttle 1/2 down the track and then slowed down to 84 right before the finish do u think he will run a 16 something. yea i dont think so. i have a stock 05 yfz450 and i ran a 15.2 in the 1/4 at 74mph. once i get my cam mod and pipe that will get me in the 13s easy.
