Medical Information Carrier System
#1
MEDS
The motorcycle helmet Medical Information Carrier System was developed to meet the needs of all motor-sports enthusiasts utilizing protective headgear.
The carrier is located universally on the left rear of the motorcycle helmet. It is protected, yet quite visible and readily available. Directions on the carrier inform non-medical bystanders NOT to remove the helmet!
Inside the carrier is the location of the medical data form. Your information is simply printed on that form using a ballpoint pen. Once dry, the data becomes permanent and waterproof. Also, the form is very difficult to tear.
The Motorcyle Helmet Medical Information System can be purchased individually or in 6 packs from Whitehorse Press. Call 1-800-531-1133 or email them at orders@whitehorsepress.com.
Non-Profit or Special Group bulk sales may contact Medical Emergency Data Systems, Inc. at 724-295-1988 or email your requests to info@meds.org
