This was fun. I was headed back from riding in my creek bed and went to climb a hill we call Flipper you an guess why we call it that![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Any who, I had just crested the hill and the bike acted like it was going to flip but I leaned forward. I hit my chin on the bars and bit my tongue hard. Didnt hurt too bad for a while but ouch.

umm...sorry to break it to you, but that is not a wreck. That is more like you hurt yourself.

 

i hurt myself all the time. i jsut protect my trike by sacrificing my self! i was riding in the creek today too, but i didnt hurt myself today.

 

I have bitten my tongue so hard before, it had the molar impressions left in it. Lucky I didn't stick my tongue out, I would have bitten the end off! Took a month for it to heal.
Now that I think about it, bitten isn't really true. My wife's Blazer used to have a front rack. Introduced my chin to the rack, had my jaw slammed shut (I've had people wanting to do that) and pretty much crushed my tonge. Didn't do my chin much good either. Left three 1/2 inch gashes and an 1/8 hole that I don't know how I got.
