Default Anyone own/manage an ATV dealership?

I am looking to start a new ATV dealership in the Indiana/Michigan area and would like some insight from fellow members. I currently sell Max amphibious 6x6 ATVs and will be picking up the Argo line also. With the new dealership I plan to sell quads, probably starting with Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Arctic Cat. I would certainly not pass up Polaris and Honda, but I understand these two companies have an extensive floor plan and would be overkill for a new dealership. I would like to hear from those with experience in starting or even running an ATV dealership. What can I expect from Yamaha with setting up shop? I will be real estate shopping next month and talking with these companies. Any tips and tricks from those who have gone down this road would be much appreciated. Reply on the forum or you can also email me at bprice@ktis.net .

I run a dealership in Colorado. Floor space is important, but the biggest selling point I have found is some open space to test ride them. I have a field next door that I can use. A couple of bank turns and whoop-de-doos makes the customers come in smiling and waving their wallets.
