ok we have a 270 micro with a ESR 270 motor just got it rebuilt put it on fire it up and its blowing water out the over flow and the pipe i know its not a quad but the motors are the same any one have a clue why its doing it ????? thanks JPH

 

Sounds like you have a leak between the cylinder and the water jacket. Could be a crack in the cylinder, head or a bad head gasket. Not familiar with that engine but the symptoms are typical of these problems.
