yup.... a darton black lightning 29 1/2" finger draw and 76lbs draw weight with a 15lb let off at full draw. I dont draw till I'm ready to shoot with the hold weight being right around 60lbs.

I'm about to buy a new one. Diamondback 2. 70lb draw weight i think you are holding 20 at full draw. Shoots 325 feet per second(or so i am told). Its a nice bow.

I shoot a PSE, one of their cheaper models that has their better limbs. They show about 295 fps with this set up, funny though, I also have a chronograph and with "real" arrows it shoots like 245 or 250. I think the bow manufacturers shoot a carbon fiber arrow just large enough to launch to get those numbers. I do notice that the speed I get knocks the deer down just fine though.

I just got rid of a Martin Fury that I had for 4-5 years. Very nice speed bow. It was a 29" draw with all of the goodies at 65% let off. Later this year I plan on getting a new Mathews. Bow hunting, too me is much more rewarding than gun hunting. I still gun hunt though.

I feel like a dumba$$. I put the wrong name of the bow i am getting. Its called Diamond Glaidator. Its suppose to shoot 328fps. 70lb draw. The bow weighs 3lbs 11oz. $579 for the "extra's" i am getting it's gonna cost $900+.

The same guy is suppose to have a bow made out of carbon fiber and he says the bow weigh 1 1/2 pounds and shoots 390fps. I didn't even ask him about the price.

On your gun scopes you get what you pay for. The bow is different IMO. I used a Tru-Glo with 2 pins. 1 Pin for 35 yards and another for 45 yards. I tried more expensive sights with little success. Shooting through a Golden Key platinum premiere rest as well.
