If your looking for a debate then choose your topic (i.e. taxes, gun control, abortion, affirmative action, Iraq War, etc.) and present some arguements and I will be glad to address them and prove you wrong......***** back in your court.

 

For one thing, the forfathers of this country were very good christians, and God was a big part of why our country came to be, and why it prospers today. They did not mean, by the separation of church and state, that we should become atheists and turn away from every moral we ever learned from the Scriptures. It simply means that the goverment should not tell us WHICH religion to belong to. I am sick and tired of the Dems(Socialists) telling us that we have to support the people on welfare. I understand that some people have a hard time, and need a federal program to help them get on their feet again. What I don't understand is why people like my ex-wife(who didn't need to go on assistance, extremely lazy), and illegal aliens are allowed to milk the system, while we have to pay for it. I am able to have what I have because I work hard for my money, lots of overtime and side jobs, and the Lord has blessed me.
