i have a friend that wants to go to oregon dunes w/ me labor day, only problem is that he doesn't have a machine of his own. so, i suggested renting one, which is cool w/ him.

what i want to ask is if anyone knows anyplace that rents sport quads by the day in or near florence, oregon and what a good daily rate is?
(maybe even in the seattle/tacoma washington area & tow it down there for the weekend)
so far, i've only been able to find one site that lists rentals there, and only by the hour...$35/hr... which would make a 3-day weekend very expensive.

 

there are a couple places just south of Florence to rent them..but like you say it makes for a expensive weekend..I think one of the places is called Dunes Frontier? ATV rentals.. we were in the same situation a few years ago..A buddy of mine ended up buying a quad..riding itall weekend then i sold it when he got back..he never made a payment or lost a dime on the deal..just another option if your credit is good ;-)

 

The only rental places I have seen at the Oregon coast rented by the hour. This was in Winchester bay & at Florence. Maybe you could talk to the owner into giving you a good "daily" rate.
