I think it was the discovery channel or animal planet one of them anyway that stated it was largest species of the rodent family. Squirrels are also part of the rodent family.
I love to try the local dishes when I work in a foreign country but it has be appealing, not the real exotic stuff like those eggs.
Eating some of the things they do on Fear Factor and other reality shows would be tough for me........ but just think of the quad you could have with that money.
