Stolen Quads!
#1
Nowhere is safe these days! I am deployed to Iraq so I had my quads and trailer stored on base. My z400, wifes Kodiak 400 and a 14 ft trailer. Well they disappeared yesterday. I put them there because I thought a military base would be the best place for them. Shows what I know.

Yeah, its a bummer for sure. My 300ex got stolen My dad beat the crud out of the guy who stole it, but sadly did not get the quad back.

outNfront,
I do not know about the new secured areas but the old on on Fort Richardson(AK) had this 12 foot high fence at the entrance but when you walked around to the sides it was just bobwire spaced a couple of feet apart. I stored my snowmachine and boat/tralier and the snowmachine had the gas siphoned out regularly and the MP's just shrugged it off as kids.
As for my boat it was just a 14 footer LUND and I would take the boat in the back of my truck when I wanted to hit the lakes that did not have room enough for a trailer or a boat launch and trailer came up missing. When I had talked to the MP's again they checked into it and found that my trailer was hauled away as "abandoned", of course I explained that it was not but they checked there records and it showed that my brother had let his space lapse or something along those lines. Oh well, I had sold the boat anyways and the guy did not care if I found the trailer or not since he mounted it on top of his truck and I got tired of arguing with them.
I am going to guess you did not have insurance on them? What does the MP's have to say? Somebody had to use their access key to get into the area and there should only be X amount of users with access to the area and they would know who they are.
