Anybody with any knowledge of how to start an ATV club?

I was thinking about trying to get an ATV club started in my area. It would be the first, and I honestly don't know the first thing about it. Right now its just a thought, and I've been thinking that I would hopefully be able to find someone with some legal know how to help me out. I would like to know about forms and contracts that would be of use, and about getting money and stuff. Right now I've posted a message on a local message board, and have asked around a little to see if many people would be interested. So far the turn out has been pretty good, but nobody really knows what to do to get one started. So if anyone here knows anything about it, or were I could go to read a little something about it I would greatly appreciate the help. I can already tell this wouldn't be a job I would undertake alone, I'm sure I could find the help that I need though.

Contact the NOHVCC and they can provide you with a kit that explains how to start a club.

The kit from the NOHVCC offers alot of guidelines
But what helped us was getting events organized that people wanted to attend. We have drag races once a month and everybody pays to race then we put the money in a kitty for the club. Drag racing
is something everybody can do. We don't have any big local areas to ride so we take weekend trips out of state. Something else that helps is getting
a local bike shop to back you with discounts for club members. That makes membership alot more attractive and the shops benefit in the long run also. It is sort of a learn as you go process.
