Default Need some help locating a part

OK guys (and gals), I am putting a plee for help in this thread because it is one of the most looked at.
We bought our daughter a Z-250 Suzuki a couple of months ago. She wants a jaws front bumper for the front of it and I was wanting to buy one for her for a christmas present but cannot find one. Everyone seems to offer it for the Honda 250ex or even the Z-400 but not the 250. The 400 front bumper measures narrower across and not as tall as the 250 on the bolt pattern. There's too much difference there to modify. Does anyone know someone who can make us one reasonable or someone who actually sells these? Thanks for any help in advance,Bubba

Check out who make the Z's bumper.

Then Go to the company's site that makes them, or call them.

Unfortunately I e-mailed them a few days ago and no answer yet. Seems the company extreme fabrication is the only one that I can find that builds them.

Go find a local welder/fabricator. Give them your existing bumper and a picture of what you want.

Come back in a week and pick up your part.

I thought of that, I'm just afraid of what I would have to pay. On the ones you can buy outright they are only around $70 give or take a few dollars. I dont want to spend $150 on one or have a big gaudy heavy steel one and there aren't many good welder/fabricators in this town. I'm the kind of person that can improvise if I need to, but I was hoping maybe someone here would know someone or some company not with a web page that could help out.
