Just keep it in your hand, it's a little hard if you have a clutch, bu tif your good you can do it!

If you do use a cooler just stock it full, that tends to help.

I think that I have seen an insert which goes into a six pack cooler, that six cans fit into 6 holes, and that thing is fluid filled and freezes.

Or did I dream that and the patent will make me rich?

Disregard, you didn't see this......

Just thump the top of the can for a minute and open slowly.

I always put a layer of ice down in the cooler first, then stack the beer.....errrrr...cola (yeah thats it) tightly on top of it, then add another layer of ice. I do that before I leave the house then, I top it back off with ice when I get to where I am going to stay at and ride. Keeps it good for me, and with My bike, a lifted BigBear with Lift springs turned all with way up, if the idea was going to fail, it would have already done so.

I looked in here yesterday because I am in the middle of mounting a small ice chest on my wifes quad for bottled water and snack's. Never thought about beer/soda. Now my question how long does it take for it to be safe to open a can of soda/beer on the trail? Without wearing most of it? I would assume it would be pretty shook up. You guy's have also got me thinking about making a insert to slip bottles into just to protect them from abuse. Thanks for that idea, probubly make it out of some kind of foam.

Go to the refridgerator, grab a can of beer, shake the heck out of it, put it on the counter, thump the top for at least 1 minute, point it at you wife and open slowly.

Tell us what happens.
