Can I take it out or will it make my ozark run rich , or lean.

 

I'm not familiar with the ozark exhaust setup, however, I am familiar with many aftermarket exahaust spark arrestors. In most aftermarket cans, the arrestor is simply a tight, wire screen and is usually easily removed by taking off the endcap and pulling the arrestor out. I have taken the spark arrestor out of many of my exhausts in the past and it has made no difference in engine performance. It's simply a screen designed to let gasses pass and trap sparks.

 

Yes it is just a screen tube, but it makes it sound so much better when removed.
