the Top downhill racer for the ski team, Daron Rahlves bench's 50 when he lifts and does a but load of reps, i personally dont aim for my upper body, i'm a tank with my legs, but i'm so so on top, still the strongest kid in my gradebut i ski seven days a week and bike alot every week, ive prolly biked a totall of 70 miles in the last 3 days, but thats what happens when u bike with a friend and start up the "i can go faster then u" and the "i bet i could go up that hill b4 u do" lol, its always good to have others push u, but becareful in the weight room when it comes to that, to many ppl hurt themselves cuz they feel they have to prove something by how much they can lift. Big deal if u can lift alot of weight, its the reps that count.

at my school we have a 8th grader that can bench 280, but he weighs 250lbs. but we had another kid that could bench 415 or something and he broke a record.
