Im 5'10 205lbs. i go to the gym every other day. I do legs and arms for about an hour. i do bicepts, tricepts, shoulders, back, hams, thighs, and the big leg muscle LOL i forgot what its called. I bench 225 which isnt too bad since im 15, but i need to step it up a notch.

im preaty sure your gym teachers on steroids. thats what my friends dad did to get up in the 500s to keep up with his gym.
