Default Weight lifting......

your pretty small and thats typical for you, i have like 13% body fat and i'm about 250+

Default Weight lifting......

Im 5'10 205lbs. i go to the gym every other day. I do legs and arms for about an hour. i do bicepts, tricepts, shoulders, back, hams, thighs, and the big leg muscle LOL i forgot what its called. I bench 225 which isnt too bad since im 15, but i need to step it up a notch.

my gym teacher this year at our bensh pressathon did 550!! and my friends thats a sophmore who does 375 as of right now

o ya i dont workout and the very rare times i do i maxed at 195...all my friends call me a neanderthol cuz i got alotta muscle and i dont lift a weight

i also weigh 165 adn im 5'8'

im preaty sure your gym teachers on steroids. thats what my friends dad did to get up in the 500s to keep up with his gym.

holy **** im begging to think that im realy small. were the same hight but your like 35 pounds heaver
